Oh yay! Jota, I think you are the first person to comment on the staging site. Cool!

I currently have the blue and black 1's widened by a pixel, and the blue is also somewhat lightened. If you've been to the staging site before, your browser may have cached a previous version of the 1's, so it may be showing you those 1's instead of the current widened 1's.

My first reaction to the widened 1's was that they were really ugly and didn't look good with the other webpbn digits. But now, looking back at them again, they look passable, though not perfect, and it *is* much easier to tell what color they are.

If you look at the left-hand clues at the row with the black 2-1-2 clues, it has regular 2's and a wider 1. It looks uneven when I look at it. But it's easy to tell what color the clues are, so there's that.

Anyway, I am hoping to collect feedback from lots of people before changing anything on the main site.

Anyway, if your browser is remembering other changes to the 1's, then the row with the 2-1-2 should look like a normal webpbn row. You can right-click on a white area near the puzzle and choose "Reload frame" (or whatever your browser calls it), and that hopefully should show you the latest version of the digits.

I like the choosing language feature, it's cool!

Thanks! Actually it is not doing what I was hoping for. What I'd like is a way for individual comments to be in different languages, and you could request to have a single comment translated. This translation gadget is only able to translate an entire page. And the Google Chrome browser will do that automatically, without needing a gadget. So, at least in its current form, the translation gadget is just an experiment but not a keeper.

I wish there was a way to do translation the way that Facebook does it, because I really like the way it works there.

Anyway, I like how the gadget can translate the whole site into another language -- it looks neat in Greek and all the other languages. For whatever that's worth!
